Products

View and manage your entire product catalogue alongside live competitor pricing data.

Products Dashboard

The Products Dashboard (/products) is the central hub for monitoring your catalogue. It shows every product from your connected feed, the current prices you offer, how your prices compare to competitors, and the matching status of each item.

Summary Statistics

At the top of the page a row of stat cards gives you an at-a-glance view of the current state of your catalogue:

Matched
To Confirm
?
To Match
Skipped
Never Match
Expired

Each card is a clickable shortcut to the filtered product list for that status.

Product Table Columns

Each row in the table represents one product from your feed. The columns are:

ColumnDescription
ProductProduct name, brand, and thumbnail image.
YouYour current selling price for this product, sourced from your product feed.
RankYour price rank compared to competitors (e.g. 1 = cheapest). Shown only when at least one competitor is matched.
Recom. The recommended price generated by your active Price Suggestion Rule for this product.
LowestThe lowest price currently found among all matched competitors.
MedianThe median price across all matched competitors.
DiffThe percentage difference between your price and the lowest competitor price. A negative value means you are cheaper.
[Competitor columns]One column per configured competitor showing their current price for this product (blank if not matched).
Tip: Click on any product row to open the product detail view, where you can see full match history, manage individual competitor matches, and manually override pricing decisions.

Price History

Each product row includes a Price History button — the graph icon (📈) displayed next to the product name. Clicking it opens a chart showing how that product's prices (yours and matched competitors') have changed over time. Use this to spot pricing trends, track competitor reactions to your price changes, and identify seasonal patterns.

Exporting Data

The Export button — the download-arrow icon in the top-right area of the dashboard — lets you download the current product table as a file. The export respects any active filters (match status, brand, category), so you can export a focused subset of your catalogue rather than the full list. Use this to share pricing snapshots with colleagues or load data into external tools.

Pagination

The table displays 25 products per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages. You can also change the number of rows shown per page (25, 50, or 100).

Product Aggregators Dashboard

The Product Aggregators Dashboard (/products/aggregators) works identically to the main Products Dashboard, but the data is filtered to show only results sourced from price-comparison aggregators (e.g. Google Shopping, Idealo) rather than direct competitor stores.

Selecting an Aggregator

Use the Select Aggregator dropdown at the top of the page to choose which aggregator source to display. Until an aggregator is selected, the product table shows a placeholder prompt.

Note: Aggregators must be configured as competitors with the Aggregator flag enabled before they appear in this dropdown. See Competitors for setup instructions.

Column Differences

The aggregator view uses the same column structure as the Products Dashboard. The competitor price columns reflect aggregator-sourced prices rather than direct retail prices, which may represent a wider range of third-party sellers.
